A few years ago I was barred from the library for getting a little too rowdy on line. The ban lasted for a few years then I called them up and they said they'd give me another chance. But Rock Island, on the other hand has banned me for life, simply because I was banned from the Bettendort library and the Davenport library, which has also reinstated me. But that's okay, I will never go to the Rock Island library again as long as that power mad old broad who currently runs it is in charge anyway. "Power mad old broad?" Without looking at the lawsuit, I don't think the plaintfiff was ever after a large cash settlement.
