SCOTT COUNTY: Prescription cards still popular

Scott County’s supervisors remain pleased with the free prescription discount card program they offer through the National Association of Counties (NACO). In March, 1,712 people used their cards for a nearly 25 percent savings per prescription, according to NACO.
